Job Description
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and materials suitable for the design concept.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and quality compliance.
- Prepare project documentation , cost estimates, and presentations for clients.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and environmental standards .
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies .
- Collaborate with the team to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables .
- Conduct client meetings to present designs, gather feedback, and revise plans accordingly.
