Acara Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity available in Richmond TX

$20.00/hr. payrate

Monday - Friday

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team in a hybrid role that blends inside sales with advanced customer service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inside sales activities, including qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and helping to close sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries, escalations, and complex service needs.
  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and post-sale support.
  • Conduct account reviews to identify upselling, cross-selling, and retention opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, account health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support the development of proposals, contracts, and customer presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to advocate for client needs and ensure service excellence.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years minimum experience in inside sales, account management/customer success.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and service goals.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and handling escalated customer issues.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
