We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for our guests and staff!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Handle minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC maintenance (PTAC), and carpentry repairs.
- Repair/replace and inspect drains, vents and supply lines, valves, sinks and toilet fixtures. Plumbing skills are a MUST .
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and mechanical rooms
- Assist with property improvement projects as needed
- Pool Cleaning, testing, and maintenance
- Take direction from the General Manager and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work place safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Saturdays a must
- Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience is a plus
