Elevated Roots is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to support our in-house marketing team across Elevated Roots, Nostalgia, and Ritual brands. This role is responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that bring our brand identities to life across digital, print, retail, and campaign channels. The ideal candidate is both conceptual and executional—able to turn creative briefs into polished, brand-aligned designs that drive engagement and tell a story.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership, content creators, and external vendors to support product launches, in-store activations, event marketing, and more. This is a fast-paced, creative environment with the opportunity to work across multiple cannabis and lifestyle brands.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of graphic design experience in a brand, agency, or CPG environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
\n
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats (social, email, signage, packaging)
\n
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
\n
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
\n
• Strong communication and file management skills
\n

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with cannabis or lifestyle branding

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or simple animations

• Comfort with tools like Canva, Figma, Klaviyo, ClickUp, or similar

• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with production vendors

• Basic photography or photo editing skills

• Interest in contributing to brand storytelling and visual identity development
