Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our neighborhood Gastropub - a place where craft beer, creative cocktails, and elevated pub fare bring the community together. This hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building great teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving profitable operations
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of BOH and FOH
Lead, train, and inspire a our team
Ensure top-tier guest service and experience
Oversee inventory, ordering and vendor relationships
Manage Payroll and scheduling
Coordinate private events in our beautiful event room
Monitor and manage financial performance along with the owner
Qualifications
Proven experience as a GM, AGM or similar role
Knowledge of beer, cocktails and pub cuisine a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Serv-safe or equivalent preferred
