Job Description
General Labor
Location : Batavia, Illinois
Schedule:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Saturdays are mandatory
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently perform assigned production tasks
Load, unload, and move materials or finished products
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed
Follow work orders, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, or machine operation is a plus but not required — full training provided
