Your Role:
As a Furniture Installer, you will play a vital role in unpacking, installing, and assembling various types of furniture for both residential and commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Green Bay, WI area, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Unpack & Install: Bring energy and precision as you unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.
  • Punctuality & Consistency: Show up ready to work and contribute daily, making reliability a cornerstone of our success.
  • Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.
  • Safety First: Prioritize safety by handling equipment responsibly and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
  • Engage in Safety: Be an active participant in our safety program, helping create a secure environment for everyone.
  • Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of your tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and follow company processes to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from different job site locations.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10 days a month.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
  • Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
