Description of the role:
As a Full-Time Center Associate at The UPS Store Ennis #7788, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shipping, printing, and business service needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with packaging, shipping, and printing services
- Operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Manage inventory and keep the store organized
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
