About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to serve as the primary operating partner and coordination hub for our Founder/CEO. This dynamic role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this position, you will manage and optimize the CEO’s priorities, calendar, and workflows, prepare for and follow up on crucial meetings, draft and refine communications, and ensure alignment across teams.
You will also lead end-to-end recruiting coordination, identify operational friction points, and implement process improvements. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the CEO on strategic projects and new initiatives.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in similar high-level positions. Strong experience in supporting founders or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments is essential, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects to completion. Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesis and editing abilities.
High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment are crucial, particularly when dealing with sensitive information. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Asana (or similar) is required, and comfort with AI tools and modern systems to enhance operational efficiency is a plus.
