Mach & Rico Floors — celebrating 20 years of excellence in tile, hardwood, and stone installations for high-end custom builders across the DC Metro area — is seeking a remote estimator experienced with Procore to join our growing team.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience estimating within Procore (Bid Board, Cost Catalog, or Estimating modules).

• Can read construction drawings , perform digital takeoffs , and prepare detailed turnkey proposals.

• Understand trade-level details in tile, hardwood, or flooring (preferred but not required).

• Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, remote environment.
  
  

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and submit bids for custom residential and small commercial projects.

• Work directly in Procore with our internal Project Management and Purchasing teams.
  
  
• Coordinate material pricing and verify quantities with vendors.

• Track awarded projects through to kickoff for a smooth handoff to the field team.

What we offer:

• Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 DOE + quarterly performance bonus.

• Work Environment: 100% remote (U.S. based, EST time zone preferred ).
