Compensation: $15.00-$17.00

Role Responsibilities:
- Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging, welcoming environment where children can thrive.
- Curriculum Implementation: Assist in executing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe and nurturing setting where children can flourish.
- Family Communication: Help in updating parents about their child's development through mobile apps and face-to-face interactions.
- Center Collaboration: Be a team player, working with staff and leadership to achieve engagement, retention, and enrollment goals.
- Relationship Builder: Foster warm connections with families and colleagues to create a seamless learning and play environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous childcare experience or a clear passion for early childhood education is preferred.
- State Compliance: Must meet specific state requirements for the role, including health and safety training.
Caregiving Skills:
- Ability to identify and manage potential risks in a childcare environment.
- Ensure children’s safety and meet day-to-day needs such as diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Encourage positive social skills through effective communication and conflict-resolution.
- Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities to keep them active and entertained.
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, and composure at all times.
Physical Resilience:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Reach, stretch, and navigate physical tasks.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Maintain alertness and energy to meet job responsibilities.
