• Position: Remote Medical Call Center Rep
• Pay: $16/hr. Full time/Weekly Pay plus Benefits
• Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)
• MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF NEVADA
• Equipment Provided.

START DATE: MID SEPTEMBER 2025

Job Details:

• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Verify insurance and patient information.
• Answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and use of dual monitors.
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
• Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem connection REQUIRED .
• Mobile hot spots are not accepted
