Overview Director of Maintenance job at BlackRock Resources LLC. Victoria, TX. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies for production equipment, building systems, and material handling infrastructure. Supervise a team of maintenance professionals, including scheduling, budgeting, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with senior management to optimize facility uptime and support production goals. Manage vendor contracts and oversee special projects, including equipment upgrades. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food processing. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication and project management skills. Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($130,000 - $150,000 annually).
