• Compare physical timecards with system data to validate accuracy.

• Maintain organized records of all payroll entries and corrections.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient data entry processes.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for data entry and verification.
• Perform routine checks to ensure all information is updated and complete.
• Utilize computer systems and software tools to streamline data entry tasks.
• Provide timely updates and reports on completed work to supervisors.• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a payroll or similar environment.
• Strong numeric data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer data entry systems and software tools.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address data discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with payroll systems or similar platforms is a plus.
