Data Entry Clerk

Reports To: Program Coordinator/Program Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our Program Support team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, supporting the Program Coordinator/Manager with purchase order (P.O. activities), and assisting with essential clerical tasks to ensure smooth program operations.

• Download and process customer purchase orders.
• Create and maintain P.O. folders.
• Assist the Program Manager with clerical P.O. entry and set-up.
• Support the preparation of shipping lists.
• Update databases and delete unnecessary files to maintain accuracy.
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required. Formal computer training is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, manage, and organize information effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• This position requires access to U.S. Munitions List (USML) technical data. Hence the individual must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident or otherwise be specifically authorized by a license from the U.S. government to have access to USML technical data.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate effectively.
• Occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision.
