Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking a Data Center Engineer in Malta NY.

• Direct Hire

Job Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated, dedicated individuals to join our team of highly skilled professionals. The successful candidate will handle responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner.

· On site engineer will service all client needs including server hardware break-fix and IMAC support, As well as smart hand support for network equipment.
Troubleshoot, and supports systems/equipment (DELL, Oracle, IBM and Client Servers)
· Hardware (Server Break Fix & Part Swap) is primary component and is a must for the desired candidate.
Diagnose, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
· Follows all client policy and procedures, adhere to best practices
·Presents problem resolution or refer more complex issues to a Sr. Support Engineer
· Maintain your parts and inventory
· Documentation of activity and will show strong organizational skills
· Express positive attitude and strong analytical skills

Skills:
·Extensive Server and hardware trouble shooting experience required
· Capable of replacing all hardware components in large scale data center
· Experienced with all generations of Dell, Oracle, Lenovo, and Client servers and blades
· Ability to learn and adhere to new procedures
· Working experience with Remote Access Cards (IDRAC, ILOM, ILO, Ect)
·Strong communication skill with ability to provide technical updates
· Proficient at administrative tasks and paperwork
· A self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision and within a team environment
· CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
· CompTIA Server+ Certification is a plus
· Dell Certification is a plus
· Client Certification is a plus
· IBM Certification is a plus
