Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join our team. The technician is responsible for the day to day operational needs of between 20-25 buildings. Technician performs monthly inspections of facilities, making repairs as needed for the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities, including HVAC, minor electrical and plumbing. Repair and perform preventive maintenance on AC systems, including package, split, and chilled water systems. EPA Universal certification required with 3+ years of prior experience in commercial setting.

*Responsibilities*

* Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
* Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure efficient operation.
* Conduct repairs inside the facility as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used using facilities management software.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks.

*Experience*

* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in commercial settings.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
* Experience in minor plumbing and electrical work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
