The Clinical Education Specialist - Critical Care is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for clinical staff, focusing on critical care and patient experience improvement. This role involves coordinating hospital-wide education initiatives, collaborating with leadership and departments, and ensuring compliance with continuing education standards. The position requires a Master's degree and nursing licensure, with a primary goal of supporting professional development and clinical excellence in a healthcare setting.

Coordinates and manages house wide educational programs and resources that support clinical educators and leaders at the unit/department level.
