The CITO will be responsible for shaping and driving the innovation agenda, with a focus on technology-enabled products that enhance literacy outcomes for children. This includes leading product development, IT, and R&D, and ensuring that all new initiatives align with the company's mission and long-term goals. The role also involves piloting and leading the Innovation Lab, a new initiative dedicated to exploring community-centered and revenue-generating delivery models.
