Live near Hagerstown and want to make a difference locally? Able Minds ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families across Western Maryland . This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, community-based work, and the chance to shape ABA services in a growing region.
Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified, we offer the structure, mentorship, and flexibility to help you succeed.
Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
BCBA certification in good standing.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
