We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our National Recruiting Center. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in a high-volume enviroment identifying and engaging top talent to support our recruitment efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with people, who thrives in a fast paced environment, and eager to grow in the recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, , job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage with prospective candidates to assess interest and alignment with current and future opportunities.
• Perform a high volume of outbound calls to candidates all across the USA to do a first level screening.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and other recruitment-related activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and online job boards for sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
