Duties Manage all aspects of privacy and data security-related litigation. Advise on and litigate claims involving state and federal laws. Collaborate with a team to develop litigation strategies. Engage in effective and persuasive writing and oral communication. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation. Experience with state and federal laws such as BIPA, FCRA, FACTA is a plus. Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred.
