Position Overview
Accord Protective Group is seeking armed security professionals to escort healthcare clinicians into
underserved communities. Agents will provide a safe presence, ensure the protection of medical staff, and
represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
• Valid FOID and PERC cards (current).
• FCC card or completed armed training certification.
• Own and operate a reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Cell phone for dispatch contact and coordination.
Compensation & Schedule
$25/hour minimum with a 3-hour minimum per shift. Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate for all
approved travel. Weekend and overnight shifts available, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement
