Full Time or Contract W2 We are seeking an experienced Agile Manager / Coach who can provide client references (not employer references) for projects that qualify them for the requirements. We will need to work with the candidate to provide their client POC to fill and rate their performance for the projects that qualify them for the requirements. Requirements The candidate should have ten years of experience within the past ten years leading projects applying agile principles, methods, and techniques, particularly on Large and Complex IT Systems. The candidate should have seven years of experience within the past seven years in assisting IT projects transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodology. The candidate must have a minimum of two up-to five years of experience within the past ten years on a project that either implemented or performed maintenance and operations on a federal or state health and human services eligibility and/or enrollment system that meets the definition of a Large and Complex IT System. To clarify, a Large and Complex IT System is defined as: A solution that integrates at least two applications, one of which is a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) application. A solution that interfaces with at least five external systems, with at least one of those being real-time. A solution accessed by at least 1,000 end users at multiple locations. A solution with a dollar value of at least ten million dollars. A solution that includes multi-tiered processing, including a consumer or user-facing front-end optimized for multiple user interface platforms.
