Position Overview: Teaching introductory courses in Christianity, Comparative Religion, and Fundamental Theology. Engage students actively through frequent interactions, motivate them to succeed, and convey energy and enthusiasm. Provide regular, constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment, and acknowledge student achievements. Rank: Adjunct Instructor Tenure Status: Non-Tenure Track Rate per Credit: $850 - $950 Qualifications Demonstrate relevant and current expertise in the subject matter, helping students connect concepts across their academic program. Develop and manage the class syllabus, ensuring it meets department and college standards. Plan and create lectures for both online and in-class discussions and assignments. Grade papers, quizzes, and exams. Assess student performance based on participation, assignments, and exams. Advise students on how to succeed academically. Stay updated within the field.
