Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant provides critical support by aiding in the day-to-day functionality of the Accounting team.

This role is ideal for someone interested in providing financial and administrative support in a team environment.

Accounting experience is required.

Candidates that want to learn more about the accounting function and desire to experience a sense of accomplishment at the end of each workday are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with Admin Staff & Dealership Managers.
• Accounting Schedules. (research and journal entries).
• Dealer Trades.
• Other tasks available as overseen by Accounting Manager.
• Cross Training on various positions in the office.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Salary: $21.00-$24.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Seattle, WA 98134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
