Carlton Fields is seeking an Accounting Assistant for its downtown Tampa office.


Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable with pulling invoices, getting checks signed and mailed out on a daily basis
• Assist with auditing travel reimbursements for accuracy and coding
• Typing and data entry (10 key and alpha) skills required
• Process incoming mail
• Scanning and filing paperwork

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent time and attendance.
• Attention to detail

Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
