The Accounting Assistant role involves supporting the Accounting team with tasks such as invoicing, managing accounts receivable, and collaborating with the Sr Accountant on open and unbalanced trades. Responsibilities include handling emails, printing invoices, and managing expense reports for trades and monthly invoices. Proficiency with PRISM, SAGE, and COGENT is required.
This is a temporary position lasting 5 to 6 months, covering for leave. Work hours are from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. The environment features a great team dynamic and casual culture, seeking an easy-going and flexible individual to fit in.
The pay rate is $35.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration, and benefits may be subject to change. Available benefits include:
