Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the billing system and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Review invoices and account statements for accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Manage accounts receivable files and records with precision.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports to support decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries promptly.
• Assist in general financial management and analysis to drive business success.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and operating a personal computer.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively.
• A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Mathematics is a plus but not required.
