We are currently seeking to fill a Forklift Operator position at Nestle distribution center in Mira Loma, CA for a 2nd Shift . This is a 9-10 month contract with no opportunity for full time hire post contract unless willing to relocate. The individual will be working 4/10 schedule , days and times are listed below. Forklift Operator Shift and Pay:

• 2nd shift 2pm-12:30am (Monday thru Thursday)
• 2nd shift 2pm -12:30am (Tuesday thru Friday)
• Starting at $20/hr.
• Must be open to train on following schedule for 2 weeks (8am – 4:30pm)

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, distributing material and products
• Operating a forklift to move materials and various products throughout facility.
• Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type or product code.
• Receiving, putaway product on racks.
• Working with UPS, Fedex and other delivery companies
• Delivering packages/pallets throughout the warehouse and manufacturing sites
• Operating a Stand Up Reach forklift
• Utilizing Excel and other Microsoft office programs to communicate throughout the facility
• Working within our WMS and inventory system to add, edit and adjust inventory levels. Pick, process and prep orders for shipment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Prior Stand Up Reach forklift experience is required
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Forklift Operator Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a Drug test and 10 year Background check
• Good job stability
• Ability to work individually or with a team
